Transgate is a gate to human touched language data. It aims at providing translation services and transforming the content into data for machine learning in efforts to localise management solutions in order to have better linguistic performance. This way it also offers a global customer experience.
We are translating the data from English (the source language) to the local/less-digitalised languages. We thereby both provide financial opportunities for freelancers in the local communities and strengthen the global multicultural environment through our services.

Translator Adds Two Kurdish Dialects for Text Translation
The language specialists of Transgate have translated 1 million daily words of two Kurdish dialects, Kurmanji and Sorani, into English in its inaugural work to be used in artificial intelligence and machine learning projects. They are currently used by Microsoft Bing.
Ethical Responsibility towards Underrepresented Languages
A linguist specializing in low-resource Middle-Eastern languages mobilizes his native community to generate language data and by offering it on Data Marketplace manages to increase digital representation of these languages.
